This year was by no means boring as, though the theme was focused on Built on the Rock, God showed camp how much we depend on Him for water. The Great Girls Camp Flood occurred this year, forcing an evacuation of the valley and leading to a memorable evening for many up at the Siler's home. However, the Lord protected both campers and the structures at camp as there was only minor damage from the dry wash's overflow.

Throughout the rest of the summer, camp ran incredibly smoothly as the Built on the Rock theme brought repelling, the climbing tower and many other rock themed activities. Many will remember the nature program that includes a mini volcanic explosion being a highlight for campers.
